Policies

First night deposit paid in full to confirm reservation.

Two nights deposit required for week long stays (7 nights or more).

Personal check accepted if reservation is made three weeks prior and must be received within 7 days of booking date.

We accept Money Order or Cash, no credit cards at this time.

Guests are responsible for all nights reserved. Sorry... no refunds for early departure.

Balance is due upon check-in.

Check-in time by 3:00pm.

Check-out time: 11am.

No pets allowed on property.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Your deposit will be refunded less $25.00 booking fee if you cancel or re-schedule at least 14 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel or re-schedule with less than 14 days notice, your deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. No refunds for early departure unless we can re-rent your remaining days.

Directions

Please.... do not use MapQuest online for directions.... they do not have the correct roads for our area...and you will get lost!

Directions From The East

From Eureka Springs, take Hwy 62 west to Hwy 187 and turn left (RiverLake Exxon, on the corner). Go 3.8 miles and take the left fork in the road onto Mundell Road. Go 3.9 miles, & we're on the left, just before Starkey Park and Marina.

Directions From The West

From Hwy 71 (I-540) at Rogers and Bentonville, take exit 86, turn right onto Hwy 62 east and go 27 miles. Go one mile past 187 north and turn RIGHT onto 187 south (you will see a large sign saying Beaver Dam). When you're on Beaver Dam look at your odometer, then go exactly 2.0 miles more & turn RIGHT on Mundell Rd; from this direction, it's a sharp right turn & the sign isn't too easy to see; if you get to Thomas Realty, you went too far, so turn around & come back, & you should see the Mundell turn-off easily. Go 3.9 miles, & we're on the left, just before Starkey Park and Marina.
